This post was supposed to be up yesterday but Friday was a tough day at work. I didn't come home early as I was hoping to. I actually ended up staying a littler later than usual so I'll get to go home early sometime next week. I started off the day by being late. Slept through my alarm. I took only 20 minutes to get ready and I looked like crap but whatever I have bigger things to worry about. I had a big headache by the time I came home so I went straight to bed and took a refreshing 3 hour nap and popped 2 Advil. Thank Goodness the weekend is here! I could use some rest and catch up on my blog posts.
I stopped by Walgreens the other day to get some water and saw a new display of Wet N Wild Fergie products. The only two things that interested me was the glitter nail polishes.

Also from Walgreens, I've been seeing a new display of SinfulShine nail colors with Gel Tech. Looked fancy and I was wondering if the formula was going to be any better than the Sinful Color ones. Curious to find out, I picked up just one shade, Alfresco. I think this was $2.99.
It's a medium periwrinkle blue with a very slight hint of purple. My camera has sometimes difficulty capturing true colors of blues.
I always check out Sally Beauty for new nail polish collections and came across some Finger Paints. Colorful Collage is a silver holo glitter, like I don't have enough already. I think it's similar Santa's Magic so if you missed out on that one, Colorful Collage would be a nice substitute.
The other one is Hue Brighten My Day, kind of an ironic name for such a dark polish. It's got silver glitters and dark green shimmers.
Lastly, also from Walgreens, I spotted the new Milani Naturally Chic Shadow Eyez. Initially, I was only interested in the matte shades but I thought, what the heck, they are limited edition, just get them all! LOL. Ok, the only one I ended up not getting was Black Ink since black eyeshadow and eyeliners are easy to find and I'm pretty happy with the Rimmel ScandalEyes Blackmail, which I recently purchased as well so I didn't feel the need for another black shadow pencil.
If you've tried these Shadow Eyez, you know that they are simply amazing...creamy, pigmented, long-lasting, and crease-proof. Can't go wrong with any of these, especially if you love neutral eye colors.
