Cold Hearted is a medium dark shimmery gunmetal with a metallic finish. It's creamy without being slippery. The pigmentation is good, though I would suggest you use 2 or 3 swipe in order to get an opaque coverage. The lipstick is neither moisturizing or drying and is unscented. I personally like the frosty metallic finish. It looks edgy and I can see myself pairing this with a futuristic inspired makeup look.
